Art Bell Vs. George Noory: The Coast to Coast AM Controversy

English: The coast
Hey, all of you Coast to Coast AM listeners out there........

What do you think?

What has happened to Coast to Coast AM--what day did it turn into a political show.

Is it just The Ronnie Republic Radio round-Up that is asking the question....What is going on?

Are all of the listeners Republicans and this is the only listening, questioning democrat.

Is George Noory too tired and trying to stay awake.........

Seriously, all of these questions come up as the listener ask themselves....Where in the world is Art Bell?

Did Art Bell like the callers--was he actually interested in what they were saying--did he care.

Of course, we will never really know the answers to these questions but is certainly seemed like he was interested in what was taking place on his show.

George Noory, lately, not so much..........

It seems like George has forgotten the hallmark of the show--free thinking--letting people talk.  Last week he cut off a lady right in the middle of a very sad, heart-felt story--it was embarrassing.  What was the point of cutting the lady off just to let one more caller get in.

It was rude, George.........

Sometimes it sounds like George is not even listening to what the callers are saying--he is fighting to stay awake.  He's always awake to push his own shows and endeavors.

Speaking of free thinking--what day did Coast to Coast AM become a promotion for the political right wing conservative movement in the US.

Does George Noory think only Repubs listen to the show.  Did George Noory ever entertain the fact that some of the listeners may like President Obama.

His political diatribes are offensive--thanks George but I listen to the news all day long--I'm going to go ahead and form my own political opinion right now.

No one minds Corsi from World Net Daily sharing his opinion once in a while--but to view his ideas as if they are news......

Gee--George--I don't think so.........

Reading Art Bell's website he says he will be back on the radio in 2015.

Both of these late night magnates are talented radio hosts, gifted speakers with plenty of talents and a few faults, too.

I love George Noory but right now........

I can't wait for Art Bell to get back--the show has lost its' life and freshness--Art Bell has the gift of running a show and keeping it alive.  It's got to be hard work but right now the man at the helm of the ship seems old and tired.

Art Bell Where are you.

Opposing views are welcome.

Do you think Art Bell will join John B. Wells on Caravan to Midnight?

John B. Wells leaves Coast to Coast AM.

It seemed like John B. Wells was extremely popular by the comments of many callers.

Perhaps some of his show themes were a bit too controversial?

What do you think.

Is Coast to Coast Am a big part of your life--I listen to Coast to Coast AM every evening.  It is one of my best shows and sometimes better than television.  Sometimes there is just nothing on the television.

It's not about agreeing or disagreeing with the topic it is just kind of fun to hear people call in and say their opinion.

Coast to Coast serves as a great friend to very many people--it is a big part of their day and something they can count on.

But what about Art Bell and his recent return to radio, suddenly ending and then some comments about George Noory and the show going a direction he did not think were appropriate.

Do you have an opinion about Art Bell.

Do you know what happened.

Do you think there is a possibility that Art Bell will be joining John B. Wells on his new radio program Caravan to Midnight?

That would be so innovative in talk radio--a paid Internet channel with a big name like Art Bell--it could be a great success.

Let's see what happens.

Do you listen to Coast to Coast most evenings--looking for a contributor to the ronnie republic as we like to write about the radio--chloe louise, radio listener forever.

Talented Radio Host John B. Wells Bids Farewell to Mother Ship Coast to Coast AM

John B. WellsJohn B. Wells, Saturday host of Coast to Coast AM, is a veteran radio host and voice actor with credits ranging from radio stations and TV shows, to movies and advertisements, on all seven continents.
Upon graduating from TCU with a Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts and an emphasis in theater, he took a part-time job at the legendary KZEW-FM/Dallas-Ft. Worth, where within less than a year, he moved into the afternoon drive slot and posted record ratings.  Soon after, Wells left to pursue a full-time career doing voiceovers. During that time, he voiced imaging promos for New York’s WCBS Newsradio 88, where he spent nearly 10 years, followed by WNEW-FM; Los Angeles’ KLOS-FM and KROQ-FM; Detroit’s WWJ-AM; Chicago’s WBBM-AM/TV; San Francisco’s KRON-TV; Dallas’ WFAA-TV, KRLD-AM and KZPS-FM; Houston’s KLOL-FM, KHOU-TV and KPRC-AM; Miami’s WBGG-FM; and the Armed Forces Radio Network.  Wells was heard for nearly a decade on BBC Radio 1 in London, along with HIT 95 in Berlin, Radio ADO in Paris, and many others around the world.
In addition to serving as the announcer for CBS' The Late Late Show with Craig Kilborn and the "World's Leading Dance Event" Sensation in Amsterdam, Wells has lent his voice to Oliver Stone’sJFK and Talk Radio films and appeared in several other movies.  He has also recently voiced promos for Discovery Channel's Deadliest Catch and Gold Rush
After frequently serving as a guest host on Coast to Coast AM, Wells became the Saturday evening host of the most-listened-to overnight radio program in North America in January 2012. Each week, Wells captivates listeners with discussions on news and current events, conspiracy theories and all things curious and unexplained.
Actor, musician, writer, composer, martial artist, aviator and broadcaster, Wells finds the ancient sage advice of "concentrating on just one thing" to be true. His one thing: the Arts.

John B. Wells coming to you from the range of strange.......

We heard the sad news this past weekend that John B. Wells will be leaving Coast to Coast AM.

From time to time he could be very controversial but he was always interesting and conducted a very good show and quality radio listening.

What would we do without Coast to Coast,  all of the unusual guests to hold our attention through the night when we cannot sleep.

What about George Noory always being there on the holidays--we can always count on him for a friendly voice in the evening to counteract the holiday stress and strain.

Wishing the best to the very talented John B. Wells.

Wishing the best to Coast to Coast and all of its very talented guests and hosts.

please feel free to comment--agree or disagree--Coast is a big part of my life........

The Slot Drain In Dealey Plaza.......Jesse Ventura on Coast to Coast

Just wondering if any other JFKers  out there heard John B. Wells on Coast to Coast talking about the slot drain in Dealey Plaza.

Apparently this was a drain that had been used to fire a shot at President Kennedy during the assassination.

He felt he had this on good authority…..the drain was then covered up--cemented in--on authority of the head of the Bonanno crime family.

This story was related by John B. Well on Coast to Coast, the nighttime radio show, during an interview with Jesse Ventura.  It was an interesting show due to the nature of Jesse Ventura and John B. Wells and their ability to tell a story.  Not talking about agreeing or disagreeing but listening to the show was fun and interesting…..especially in light of all of the recent Kennedy shows taking the notion that LHO was a lone gunman/nut.

The question…..this is very interesting information but is it true…..

Can it  be verified in any way shape or form…..

What should the average Joe interested in the Kennedy Assassination and following it for years take away from these thoughts……

In short…...what the heck does all of this mean…..what should we think now….is this true and is there any way of proving it……

All of these tidbits of information seem so grand and exciting at first but what do they really mean……

Your thoughts…..

here is a link to the show….oh, wait…….I think you have to have a subscription to hear it.

some people listen to it on you-tube...does anyone have any tips if one does not want to pay the price of 6.95 per month?

Perhaps one can go to the website and read about it but you cannot actually listen to it.

Regardless, just saying….what does all of this mean?

here is a link to Coast to Coast with a page about that show:

here is a link to the Jesse Ventura page on you-tube if anyone wants to listen to the show:

There may not be any new information but on the issue of the slot drain and a possible connection to the assassination---wouldn't the authorities be interested enough to follow this idea and make a statement about the drain?

The  whole thing becomes very frustrating after a while because obviously the government could shed light on the subject if they wanted to....why is so much info still secret...what is the point....it's almost ridiculous after a while.

Probably rogue elements of the CIA were involved, there never will be any definitive proof--and the government can't just go around and say to Caroline Kennedy that we messed up and killed your dad and or a very beloved president and public figure.

Really, what is the government suppose to do--we are having a hard enough time with health care and public anger.  Can you imagine if the state was a participant in a presidential assassination--the outrage may never end.  People say we can handle the truth but would that actually be the case?

Thanks for reading....what do you think.......

Range of Strange Equals Good Radio: John B. Wells on Coast to Coast

Seriously, if you want really good music and an interesting radio talk show.......highly recommend John B. Wells on Coast to Coast Am.

Coast to Coast runs here in San Diego on KOGO 600 AM at 10 PM each night with a rerun immediately following at 2AM.

The refreshing thing abut this show--all of the hosts--let the guests talk.....can you believe it--on a talk show?

John B. usually takes the helm from George Noory on the weekends and fills in at various times as needed.

Wanted to talk about a particularly interesting show recently on Coast to Coast featuring former Governor Jesse Ventura.  Jesse was talking about his new book...They Killed Our President.

It was good listening because as usual Jesse raised some often overlooked points about the JFK assassination and we were lucky enough to get to hear the opinions of Jesse Ventura and John B. Wells.

Once in a great while we actually get to hear the opinion of the host, and with John B. it is always a special event.

It was fun to hear Jesse and John B. talk about their parents and their childhood and how that affected the formation of their political ideas and their take on the JFK assassination.  Like me, John B. Wells heard about it in school.  Yes, in the 6th grade the principal came in to tell the class the President had died---remembering Mr. Gritz and the look on his face it as if it was yesterday.  "People," as he always started out, hands on his hips....trying to give out the information without making it sound to dire.

Many have called in to say they really like John B. Wells and find him a little bit different to listen to because he will say if he is wrong, he will give his own idea, not to often, and he lets the guest talk even if he does not agree.  All of the hosts are polite to the callers--John has a little interaction with the caller with a little different take--it just makes for a good show--and where does he get that music?

The interaction between John B. and Jesse Ventura was particularly informative--the two of them together made for a entertaining and interesting show--agree or disagree--it was a good conversation.

Now, how to listen to Coast to Coast in your area?  There is a website and at the top there is a heading for stations.........that will show you how to find the station where you live.

I missed this really good show so I listened to it on my comp or the podcast or on my phone while I am walking my dog.....I love him to bits but he is the slowest dog in the United States--seriously, he can focus on one blade of grass for five minutes.

Enough about Roeese.......I love Coast to Coast--listen to it every night if I can and I just wanted to tell everyone about this real good show.......no I do not always agree with everything on the show.
