my letter to bill o'reilly about snoop dogg.......

I wrote this in my blog the ronnie republic.  Why doesn't Bill address the good work of Snoop Dog?  His community work for children is well known.  I guess you would have to look it up on the internet to find it, though.

Seriously, I most often write against Bill but I have given him credit also, as I do not disagree with him on every single thing.....and underneath it all I know he really does want a sense of well being for our country and the individuals that make up our country.

Thank you for your time,

Chloe Louise

Frankly, Ronnie can't believe it.

How can anyone be that stupid--that out of touch--and have a national television show?

How can it be possible?

Bill is basically talking out of his .........posterior--there I've said it.

(Hate to use those kind of words in the blog but......)

Is the man insane?   He goes on nightly about the Internet, Jay-Z, Beyonce, President Obama and Michelle, romantic teenagers......come on, Bill, grow up, you sound like the elders going after Elvis in the 50s.

As far as the Internet, my gosh man, get with the program.......

how am I writing this blog right now.

how do we know about the struggles in Syria, Egypt, Ukraine, etc.

how to find recipes, sewing tips....do you know how wonderful it is to see all the different ways to set in a sleeve, how to construct a Chanel jacket.

And finally, on the Internet, did that guy that writes books for him do it all by hand, or what?

He is making a fool out of himself--and he thinks he is so cool........

How does one sell a car without the Internet in this day and age?

This leads one to believe there is a situation going one.........Bill dishes out the orders and someone else does the work.......on the Internet......hello!

Bill O'Reilly is exposed........a scary thought isn't it?

Going on every night about the rappers and hip hop stars.......

Bill, you shook hands with Snoop......man get a clue.....it is very easy to see the good work this man does.  I wonder if Bill has ever heard Snoop talk to Larry King about living in a responsible fashion.

Bill might want to talk to Snoop about his thoughts and about this football team in Long Beach.....Bill it is all on the Internet.

Obviously, he did not take time to chat with Snoop at the recent award show or he would know these things.  I would have loved the opportunity to chat with Snoop if I was given the chance.  Perhaps Snoop would have valuable insight into some of these issues since he has lived it and Mr O'Reilly has not.

Bill keeps laughing at everyone--he laughs at people he does not understand.

It is actually very ungracious of him not to acknowledge the discrepancies and effects of race in America.

President Obama is brilliant in inviting him to the White House.  Our President is gracious.

The biggest mystery of all--I guess Bill thinks he can solve the problems of inter-city America all on his show--yet he denounces the efforts of those already involved, as in:  President Obama, Rev. Al Sharpton, Rev Wright--the arrogance involved in his decision making is amazing.

Finally, who are the people that vote--who voted for President Obama, twice--who are the people that make-up our fantastic country, Bill, please......you are not even addressing the voters but a dying group of old white rich men, dinosaurs like yourself---Bill, that is not longer the majority of voters.

Bill--get a clue--you may have a show, but there are more voters that elected President Obama than watch your show.

and that's the tip of the day.

Love You Liza: Liza Minnelli--Talented and Beautiful

Liza Minnelli attends the 86th annual Academy Awards Oscars in Los Angeles on Mar. 2.

I love you, Liza, always have and always will.

Also, when it comes to Liza's singing voice and her performance in Cabaret--there is really very few people who can equal or rise to that level of talent and ability.

While all of the actors in Chicago were very capable and talented--that movie really just showed off Liza's ultra gifts in Cabaret.  Singing, dancing and acting--she nailed all three with a certain vibe and inner happiness--those eyes.

What a powerhouse.

It was so fun to see Liza, Lorna and Joey.  What a lucky gift for the viewers and what a lucky moment in time.

When I tell my friends in Toronto how much I love their city, they often say, “Really?” I always assume they imagine I’m just trying to be gracious, or perhaps — with characteristic Canadian modesty — they’re reluctant to acknowledge how easy their city is to love. But they also have a great deal of justifiable civic pride, and a clear sense of why Toronto is such a special and unusual place to live and visit. There’s more to this understated city than many people might realize.
It’s a great walking town, and part of what makes it so much fun to explore is the range and variety of the neighborhoods in which the city takes pride, and which have resisted the homogenization that has occurred throughout so much of New York City — from Yorkville, with its fashionable shops and department stores, to Old Town, where you can find the St. Lawrence Market, an immense covered structure offering a huge selection of foods and crafts, and where, on Saturdays, local farmers sell their produce. Some of the neighborhoods are known for their architectural beauty: the charming Victorian houses along the tree-lined streets of Cabbagetown, originally a working-class Irish enclave; the equally attractive brick mansions and neo-Gothic cottages of the Annex, a district of artists, professors and students who attend the nearby University of Toronto; the brick rowhouses and manicured lawns of Roncesvalles and the mansions of Forest Hill.

But when Toronto natives talk about their neighborhoods, or when I rave on about the areas in which I most like to spend time, we’re more often referring to those places populated by a particular immigrant group, or districts in which very different populations live side by side.

and that's the tip of the day.

CNN Begs Strombo: Move to LA and bail out Piers Morgan--We'll pay you big time!

He's hot, he's cute, he's a skilled interviewer......CNN is currently in big money negotiations to try and get George Strombo to bail out the Piers Morgan show.

Yes, this is the chance for Canada to finally rule over the Brits.

The big boys at CNN admitted they were secretly kicking themselves in the shins for letting Strombo go and choosing Piers Morgan instead.

Apparently there is a head ready to roll at the top for making this ill-fated decision.

"What in the world were we thinking opting for Piers instead of George--we were blind--we could not see the writing on the wall," an insider from the 24 hour channel confided to this blogger.

We are desperate--we don't know what to do--we have got to find someone that people will watch, and we think George fits that bill.

Well, I guess CNN has finally come to their senses.....looked around, found their head and put it on.

It's about time, isn't it?

No, CNN big wigs admitted today they loved Piers but they just need someone more hip and more down to earth.

The top dogs at CNN are in a huge fight right now and some are even setting their sights on the man from New York--Geraldo Rivera.

"We are just looking for someone a little more America," a different female executive revealed after pointed questions about the decision.

We want someone who can talk to our people--someone a little more New York with a touch of Brooklyn thrown in.

"You know, everyone really loved Larry--Larry just was not angry--he wanted to know everything.  Larry had that special ability to ask the question and take in the answer without turning the whole thing into an angry bar room brawl.

Geraldo has that same special talent.  Have you heard the people call in to him every morning on WABC in New York?

If it's the angry granny, the man on the street or the big political talkers--they all call in as if they know Geraldo personally.

Just like Larry King, Geraldo is compassionate--he cares for the average Joe.

Yes, it does involve a big paycheck to get the G man over here but, frankly, we needed him and we were glad to do it.

We are proud to have Geraldo Rivera in our stable.

Why all the talk about Larry King.........

Good News--Larry will be coming back to the network, as well.

Now, Larry is going to have a very special new kind of show......

Larry will be interviewing the stars of CNN starting with my girl, Fredrika Whitfield.  Fred is going to tell us all about her family, her famous mom and dad and all about her career in journalism.

Fred will also be talking about her brand new weekend hour long legal show.  Now this will be an expansion of the very successful "legal guys: with Richard Herman and Avery Friedman.  This show airs every Saturday morning with 2 or 3 segments and it has been a runaway hit.  Fred and those boys--they tell us everything about the current issues going on in the courts today.  It is an interesting and informative show.

Larry will also be interviewing Candy Crowley, Barbara Star, James Carville, Mary Matalin, Newt Gingrich, and a really good interview with Don Lemon is coming up.  Fareed Zakaria and Wolf Blitzer will be giant interviews.

The big boy said.....these are the real stars of CNN....this is what makes us tick--it is what the public loves and we are sharing our wealth.

Larry will also do a bombshell interview with Piers Morgan highlighting his relationship with Princess Diana and the media.

The CNN talker said--just listen to Geraldo Radio today--he had Tavis Smiley and Don Lemon talking about President Obama and his recent statements about race and kids.  He had Alan Dershowitz on Kerry Kennedy who Geraldo felt was treated unfairly in her Ambien trial.

No, Geraldo gets all the opinions, says his own and keeps his cool--it makes for good talk and we are going to showcase it and share it with our listeners.  This is a rare quality in media today.

We will also be bringing back George Strombo, too.

Piers and AC tried to shut him down due to jealousy and we have finally put a stop to that.  Well, we finally interrogated them and they were working as a tag team to take over the world via the airwaves of CNN.  We really did not know what was going on but they took off Strombo and just kept running their shows endlessly--the viewers complained and our ratings suffered.  Apparently they had been given medication by the interplanetary leader.  This person appears on the Earth in the physical embodiment of Cher.

Good Luck to Geraldo, Larry George and all the other CNN stars....we will be watching your new show.

Geraldo Rivera to Replace Piers Morgan at CNN

Christian Science Monitor Talks about the Courage of Amanda Berry, Gina DeJesus and Michelle Knight--These Women are Fantastic

Amanda Berry, Gina DeJesus and Michelle Knight honored for courage

Amanda Berry, Gina DeJesus and Michelle Knight received Ohio Gov. John Kasich's annual courage awards on Monday night. Amanda Berry and her six-year old escaped from 10-years captivity in a Cleveland house.

By Ann Sanner and Julie Carr SmythAssociated Press / February 25, 2014
MEDINA, OHIO
The three women who survived a decade-long captivity in a Cleveland house before being freed received Ohio Gov. John Kasich's annual courage awards on Monday night.

Kasich called the women's story one of hurt beyond imagination, but also a story that didn't end there.
"It is also a story of three women who found an inner strength and a courage that brought them through and sustained them," Kasich said near the end of his annual State of the State speech. "No one rescued them, they rescued themselves_first by staying strong and by sticking together, and then by literally breaking out into freedom."
The women - Amanda Berry, Gina DeJesus andMichelle Knight - were freed when Amanda Berrypushed her way through a door and sought help.
Berry was kidnapped when she was 16 years old. Ten years later, in May, 2013, Berry screamed for help from the house with her six-year-old daughter and made her way to freedom with the help of a neighbor. She called 911.
The presentation nearly overshadowed Kasich's speech given the women's popularity since their release. They were household names in Cleveland for years as missing persons, and their discovery electrified a community accustomed to bleaker outcomes.
Kasich hugged the women as he entered the hall before his speech and pictures of that moment quickly flew across cyberspace.
As he announced the awards, Kasich called them "three extraordinary women, who despite having the worst in this world thrown at them, rose above it and emerged not as victims, but as victors."
The women walked onto the stage to be embraced by the governor and receive their medals. The audience stood and cheered for more than two minutes, the longest ovation of the night. It was a rare case of the trio being together following their rescue.
The women were rescued in May after being kidnapped by Ariel Castro from the streets of Cleveland between 2002 and 2004 at the ages of 14, 16 and 20.
Castro periodically kept them chained in rooms, sometimes in the basement, and restricted access to food and toilets. He fathered a girl with one of the victims.
Castro pleaded guilty in August to hundreds of charges. He told a judge at sentencing that he suffered from addictions to sex and pornography. "I'm not a monster. I'm sick," he said.
A month later, on Sept. 3, the 53-year-old Castro hanged himself in prison at the beginning of a life sentence plus 1,000 years.
