TRUMP DOSSIER: Cell Signal Puts Michael Cohen Near Prague

Focus on Ramallah, Focus on Palestine, focus on Dogs

I have admired your work for a long time and I am trying to tell everyone about an animal shelter in Beit Sahour.  This is just outside of Bethlehem.  It is run by a wonderful lady named Diana George Babish.  She has saved hundreds of dogs and cats from being abandoned, abused and even poisoned.  As you know this area is not only isolated by area but by politics, as well.  She could really use some exposure right now because her animal shelter is being closed by the government.  The folks are struggling just to get through the activities of daily living and there is not much time to focus on the animals.  they are really suffering.  I visited there recently with Bike Palestine and I could not help but notice the stray dogs.  I really fell in love with the place, the people and, of course, the food.  I went there again and met Diana and wrote about her shelter.  She is really doing God's work.  I am wondering if you have an ideas about how to shed more light on this situation.  Yes, it is true she needs more financing but exposure, as well.  Thank you for taking time to read my info and I will look forward to your response....any idea you have I will appreciate.   Here is a blog post about her...https://theronnierepublic.blogspot.com/2018/12/calling-all-dog-people-out-there-this.html

On a lighter note I am also trying to write about Francesca Hilton, the daughter of Zsa Zsa Gabor.  She had a very interesting and somewhat tragic life.  I wonder if you would like to speak or participate in any way on this subject.

thank you for your time and here is a post:

I think the news should focus more on Palestine and the area and the people.  One would think it is only the war zone of Gaza from the reporting.  I went to Ramallah by myself and had a lovely time.  it is a safe city, the people are lovely and it is easy to get around.

"Jose a dû voir ça!"

Just wanted to tell everyone about Diana George Babish and her animal shelter just outside of Bethlehem in Beit Sahour.

I visited there this year as part of my side trip with Bike Palestine. She is having a large problem right now because the government officials are in the process of closing her shelter.

She has saved hundreds of dogs and cats from abuse and hunger and abandonment.

As you may know, there is a huge issue in the region with stray dogs. I noticed this on my first trip to Palestine and one of our guides said that the people there are struggling so hard with the activities of daily living there just is not a focus on animals.

The shelter is really doing God's work because not only are they isolated by land but they are also isolated by politics, as well.

Another problem is that there is not a government council such as a humane society or animal protection.

Many dogs are abandoned and end up forming packs that roam the city. The animals cannot survive in this way and sadly, once in a while they attack a child.

She has the only animal shelter in the West Bank and right now she needs all of the help she can get.

If anyone out there has any suggestions for helping or can adopt any dog or cat this would save the life of an animal.

She easily provides documents, crates and instructions--hundreds of her rescued dogs have been adopted all over the world.

Here is a link to her facebook page and thank you for taking the time to read this post:

Here is a link to the facebook page of the shelter for more info on signing a petition, sending and e-mail to the government council and also a Go fund Me:

Francesca Hilton and Miss Liz: The First Meeting

"No, it was just a regular day in Beverly Hills."

"Making an appointment with my manicurist at the Jose Eber Salon a lovely lady could not help but notice my Louis Vutton Case."

"What is that," she exclaimed.

"It was made for me specifically, for my wig--everyone notices it and always has something to say.  Truly, it is a sight to behold.  The case is gorgeous--the size and shape are so unusual."

"This individual turned out to be the one and only Francesca Hilton with her effervescent  personality.  Always overflowing with words and a natural for a conversation with everyone."

"Jose has got to see this!"

"Francesca insisted and proceeded to promenade us directly to the inner sanctum of Jose Eber.  Yes, he was impressed with my possession and we all have been friends ever since."

"That day we could not stop talking and it did seem like a friendship with a certain chemistry was taking place."

"We exchanged phone numbers and eventually got together."

"We have been the best of friends ever since," Miss Liz related.

"This was back in 2007 and while it is true there were ups and downs in the relationship our friendship endured."

Like so many of her friends, Miss Liz was saddened and wondered what happened towards the end of Francesca Hilton's life.

"Many of us are still trying to put the puzzle pieces together."

"We loved her and once in a while we were perplexed by her behavior."

"Francesca was a very colorful person and rather complex."

"Her life was indeed a paradox."

Many of her friends were left wondering what happened to their friend after her passing.

It seems like many of the individuals in her circle would like to tell the story of their beautiful friend, Francesca Hilton.

Thank you, Miss Liz, for taking the time to chat and telling us a very memorable story about this unique individual with  an unusual life.

Miss Liz talked about her friend, Francesca Hilton on her reality show, The Life With Liz.

JVP, Ilhan Omar and Progress in The West Bank: #LovePalestine

Within hours of being elected, Ilhan Omar was compared to neo-nazi sympathizers. Columnists labeled her an anti-semite. The ADL said it was ‘alarmed’.
Why? Because Omar will be the first member of Congress who publicly supports the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions movement - and they’re terrified.
Let’s call this for what it is: Ilhan Omar is a brave Black Muslim American woman, who’s a huge threat to unquestioning pro-Israel support in Congress.
That’s why the rest of the money we raise today will go to our Congressional program so we can convince other progressive politicians to join her. Donate now to add your support:

Let’s appreciate for a moment just how incredible this is.
Our first divestment campaign - against Caterpillar for their role bulldozing the West Bank and Gaza - got started in 2003. Our journey to build a pro-equality, pro-Palestinian bloc in Congress has been almost as long.
For years, JVP has dedicated resources and staff time to support campaigns, organizations and public figures in these struggles. And now these two strands of our work are weaving together.
Airbnb’s decision to stop doing business in illegal settlements is a massive victory for the BDS movement. And the backlash by the Israeli government and old-guard Jewish groups like the Simon Wiesenthal Center (who condemned the BDS movement while calling for a boycott of Airbnb) shows just how powerful we have become.
Ilhan Omar represents the sea-change in public opinion about Israel’s apartheid policies.
That’s why we're making today about building up leaders in Congress - and in halls of power across the country. Because the more support we can create for her, the more progressive politicians we’ll win over. Donate now to add your support:

Worried about the holidays with your politically-opposite loved ones? We’ve got you covered!⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
Today, the amazingly talented Brad Montague and I are announcing our #HowToTalkPolitics series of instructional cartoons to help YOU have engaging conversations that don’t lead to throwing mashed potatoes — and might even lead to CHANGE! ⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
We’ll be posting a new tip every day between now and Thanksgiving. Read them. Share them. Use them. These are scientifically and experientially backed strategies for having difficult conversations about difficult issues, even with difficult people. 😉⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
A few important overall 🚨DISCLAIMERS 🚨 ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
1. This is hard. It’s called the high road not the easy road.⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣
2. This is optional. You can NOT talk politics with your relatives. That’s okay. Talk about about something else. Even argue about something else, like whether Dirty Dancing was the best movie of the 20th century. This is if you want to talk politics AND do so in a way that doesn’t make them dig in their heels but potentially, overtime, change their minds. Which is what you want, right? ⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
3. Remember: No one in the history of forever has been yelled at or hated into changing their mind. It doesn’t work that way. And it doesn’t make you feel good, either. ⁣⁣⁣
💔⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
With that… HERE is the first tip in the series! 🙌
