Kids Fight Bullying in South Wales Gwent

Youngsters recognised for anti-bullying
work

GWENT youngsters campaigning against bullying have been rewarded for their work by the anti-bullying charity BulliesOut.
Pupils from Abertillery Comprehensive, Monmouth Comprehensive and Ysgol Bryn Onnen in Pontypool were among the 200 young people recognised for their bravery and commitment at a national awards ceremony on June 7 at Cardiff City Stadium. BulliesOut chief executive Linda James MBE, who set up the charity in 2006, said participants develop life skills, confidence and self-esteem, while promoting good practice in schools and encouraging participation and social inclusion.
This is on top of their school work, exams and other commitments, and many have overcome personal battles with bullying, she said.
Recipients took part in three programmes run by BulliesOut: the Young Ambassador programme; Playground Pals, a primary school initiative which encourages a healthier and more active playtime; and Peer2Peer, a school based mentoring programme.
Students given peer mentoring awards from Abertillery School were: Caitlin Veale, Cerys Davies, Ebony Meredith, Kayla Wathen, Louise Bushell, Medi Powell, Owain Harding and Tyler Millard.
Students from Abertillery School who achieved a silver Youth Achievement award were: Georgia Bond, Heather Butcher, Liz Bayton, Lauren Barrett and Rhian Evans.
Students given peer mentoring awards from Monmouth Comprehensive were: Abbie Alexander, Andrew Cole, Cadina Peachey, Charlotte Ellis, Chloe Lovesey, Chloe Miller, Ella James, Felicity Walsh, Hazel Facey, Jade Barnard, Jasmine Hurley, Jodie-Anne Lowton, Lauren Bennett, Loreli Boston, Lucy Neale, Lydia Smith, Olivia Wells, Ryan St Amand, Sally Stapleton, Sophie Marchant and Vicky Archer-Palmer.

We never know what tomorrow may bring. Therefore, preventing danger to happen is a clever thing to do. Yet, when we're in a situation between life and death -- we can also think if we could ever escape? However, prevention is still better that cure and as we quote "it's better to be ready that to be sorry." And for this, I would suggest this safety service that I'm currently using for me and my family. It is a Panic Button installed on a Smartphone's and it allows us to alert all the member of our family when danger comes. It can also identify the exact location and have the ability to search the address of any family that you wanted to locate. You can browse their other features with this link: http://safekidzone.c

James Lee Findley Talks Laura Nyro - Gonna Take A Miracle (HQ) - Full Album

The incomparable Laura Nyro, this album haunts my memory. It swirls into my conscious mind like an eddy in a brook, weakening and strengthening unbidden in my thoughts. No other music has ever had the constant presence in my life that "Gonna Take A Miracle" has. It is inescapably beautiful.

So there is hope for mother.....CAN NARCISSISTS BE HEALED? Notice the squirrel

What.....at 97......maybe not......I'm afraid mother did suffer very many taumas, particularly in her young life.

This may have caused her to feel she was God, Bill O'Reilly or a ballroom dancer.....all of the same in mother's mind.

The terrorized became the terrorist........lack of compassion for anyone or anything.......yet everyone should feel very sorry for mother........yes, that would be having a daughter and then having to get a job........which seriously reduced her available time for ballroom dancing.

And this is why she is angry with me because I have ruined her life.

Thanks, Dr. Sam, I'm starting to get it now.

Why Bill O'Reilly and Bill Maher Can Never Be Taken Seriously

Bill O'Reilly
Bill "I'm mad."' O'Reilly
Well, it's quite simple isn't it?

He is in the same boat as Bill Maher.

Once one delves into the ugly habit of name calling of anyone, but particularly of a public official, current or past, and then tries to pass themselves off as a serious news show......someone with a relevant opinion......well, it's just not happening.

Considering the Ronnie Republic to be a critic of Bill O'Reilly and The Factor it is common to try and take in every show.

One critic would be stopped dead in their tracts by the recent insults handed out with such zeal and abundance--angry excitement--the information limit was at the boiling point.

Is it a hatred of women, hatred of people of color, hatred of something he does not understand, that he has to ridicule, humiliate and name call--laugh at--laugh at things and people he cannot understand.....afraid of a new concept--a new look.

Calling Susan Rice a "moron" was it.

This lady is not only extremely accomplished but an official representing our President and our government.

I thought it was just President Obama Bill was so unnerved by but now I fear it may be women.

Following Hillary Clinton forever it is feared the barrage of insults and slurs from this very funny man will be more one can endure.

Actually, it may be his demise if he cannot control his excitement at insulting women and news-rage, his obvious disease.

Insisting our beautiful President, who does not like war and values all of the lives of the citizens of our country--our beautiful coat of many colors--he so very well represents is failing every day and meeting his power end--in fact, the opposite may be true.

It will be the demise of O'Reilly--fueled by his own zeal and hatred.

Like Bill Maher, imbibing in an overdose of their own fame, they over step their bounds believing they can get away with it due to popularity.

Once an insult is dished out--name calling--there is no real answer.  Disagreeing with Sarah Palin most of the time one values her right to speak.  Just asking.....what would have been Governor Palin's response to Bill Maher.  What should be Susan Rice's response to Bill O'Reilly.

Should these women spew back the same kind of retort?

Both of the Bills lost site of their argument once they name called.  It is the end of the political discussion.  They ended it because there is not a response to name calling of the nature they engaged in being out of the realm of the discussion or talking points as Bill so well likes to preach.

No, Bill, you ended it--you went way off your talking points.

You better watch yourself Bill--My Hillary may be the beginning of your end.

The Ronnie Republic--Chloe Louise--Hillary girl forever.
