National Cemetery Administration #NCA, #NationalCemeteryAdministration...

It took me forever to figure out The National Cemetery Administration did not really want to acknowledge that I was the daughter of my mother.

As long as I do not exist they have done everything perfectly.

Did The National Cemetery Administration Lie?

Did The National Cemetery Administration Lie?

My mother was old, 103, and my doggy girl was old, too, 16.  She was just too old to make the trip according to my cousins's schedule.  There was not a time frame to put her ashes in the ground--all of her people had passed.

In a word, yes!

Why was I excluded from my mother's sevice?

I was told by the cemetery director, randy heard, that they did not know about me--they did not have the death cert as it was not required by the state of Arizona.

We see from FOIA they did, indeed, know about me:

My name is all over the VA system hooked to my mother.

They should have called to let me know they would be burying her ashes.

My cousin had picked up the ashes for me as a favor.  He called and asked if he could pick up the ashes and I said yes as it saved me a trip.  When I wanted to wait to bury her he becamed angry and placed her ashes without telling me, willfully, withholding my phone number from the cemetery.

The Bradley Phillips Story July 17, 2023

The mystery of Bradley Phillips.

Thank you for listening.

Here we are at Christmas--Me, Mike Scott and Jean with Grandma and Grandpa--This was our holiday scene for so many years.

Here we are at Mother's 102nd at the Veterans Home in Clula Vista.  It was nice of scott to visit my mother but he overstepped his bounds.  Does anyone really think he did not know how to get in touch with me.

National Cemetery Administration News--They buried my mother but they did not let me know!

National Cemetery Administration News:

To:  Randy Heard, Director at Prescott National Cemetery in Arizona and Bradley Phillips, Regional Director

Let's start with a very simple, very basic question.

Why wasn't I notified about my mother's service?

That is a reasonable question.

Get back to me with the answer.

Please place this in the file that I am the daughter of Frances Barclay and I am asking the question of why I was not notified about my mother's service.

Would that not be something that would go in the file?

My complaint with Veterans Affairs and The NCA

I am making a formal complaint.

How do I properly make this complaint?

Get back to me on this with an answer.

Let me know if you think it is reasonable for me to ask this question and let me know if you think this is a complaint that should go in the file.

Mr. Phillips, please forward this complaint to Ronald Walters and Matthew Quinn.

Please tell me how to make a formal complaint about this one incident.

Thank you for your time,

When should I expect your answer to this question?
